BellSouth Advertising & Publishing

YP Southeast Advertising & Publishing LLC, originally BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation, or "BAPCO", publishes telephone directories for AT&T customers served by BellSouth Telecommunications. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T.
It was founded in 1984 to undertake the operations of the Bell System Yellow Pages owned by Southern Bell and South Central Bell. BAPCO published its directories under the "Real Pages" name. It was acquired by AT&T in 2006 upon the acquisition of its parent, BellSouth.
BAPCO's namesake remained with AT&T directory operations when they collectively did business as AT&T Advertising & Publishing until 2008. AT&T changed its directory name to The Real Yellow Pages.
In 2012, BellSouth Advertising and Publishing became a part of YP Holdings, a joint venture between Cerberus Capital Management and AT&T. It was reincorporated in Delaware as YP Southeast Advertising & Publishing LLC.
